Getting Started with Marketing Copilot

What does Marketing Copilot do?

We help technology partners and ISVs (specifically in the Microsoft ecosystem) turn strategy into sales using a combination of expert-led marketing execution and AI-powered tools. Our services are designed to build pipeline, align sales and marketing, and create long-term, measurable growth.

How is Marketing Copilot different from other marketing agencies?

We don’t do generic. We don’t do copy and paste marketing.

Our team specializes in Microsoft ecosystem marketing — and everything we do is grounded in strategy. From your unique value proposition to content creation and automation, our programs are built to scale with your business and focus on real revenue results.

How long has Marketing Copilot been around — are you just another marketing trend?

Marketing Copilot has been operating since 2006 and is a registered trademark in North America since 2012. Led by our founder and CEO, Marie Wiese — a tech industry veteran with over 30 years of experience — we’ve weathered countless shifts in the marketing and technology landscape. From the rise of email marketing, websites, social media, cloud migrations, CRM systems, and AI, we’ve seen it all and adapted successfully. We’re not a trend, a tool, or a passing fad; we’re a strategy-first partner built for long-term results. If you’re looking for a team that understands the Microsoft ecosystem and has the track record to prove it, you’re in the right place.

What does working with Marketing Copilot look like?

Our flagship service is a 12-month subscription that provides ongoing strategic marketing execution tailored to your business.

About Our Subscription Services

How does the subscription model work?

We offer a 12-month marketing subscription at $5,000/month, providing ongoing strategy and execution. We work in 90-day campaign cycles to ensure your marketing efforts are agile, focused, and optimized for performance.

What’s included in the subscription?

We work with Partners who have foundational marketing infrastructure in place:

  • A marketing automation platform

  • Existing product/service content

  • A functioning website

  • A documented sales process

  • A point person who can provide quick content approvals and join weekly syncs

Included Services:

  • Unique positioning and thought leadership strategy

  • Marketing Copilot Growth Formula planning

  • Content library development

  • Website copy edits and updates

  • Marketing Copilot AI  implementation

  • Email, blog, event, social, and webinar content creation

  • Monthly reporting

  • Conversion path optimization and management

If foundational systems aren’t in place, we’ll help you get there with one-time setup projects.

What is Marketing Copilot AI?

See that AI Marie in the corner of our website? That’s Marketing Copilot AI!

It’s more than just a chatbot — it’s a website-based AI agent that uses your unique messaging and content to qualify leads, guide buyers, and capture data. It integrates with your CRM and marketing systems to support a smarter, more connected funnel.

When you sign up for the 12-month subscription, you get your own custom-built and branded Marketing Copilot AI, trained against your library of content and mapped to the conversion strategy we craft in your Growth Formula workshop.

Can the subscription model be customized to my business?

Yes. Every engagement starts with our Growth Formula Workshop to align on your goals, audience, and messaging. From there, we tailor the program to fit your specific business model, industry, and stage of growth.

What results can I expect?

Our clients typically see stronger marketing-sales alignment, improved lead quality, and increased conversion rates. For example, many partners see a 10% lift in converting MQLs to SQLs within the first six months.

What’s the onboarding process like?

We begin with an in-depth consultation followed by the Growth Formula Workshop. We assess your current marketing efforts, document key elements of your strategy, and identify quick wins. This sets the strategic foundation for your marketing roadmap and ensures we’re aligned on goals, messaging, and metrics.

About Our Products and One-Time Projects

What if I just need help with one project?

You can choose from one of our six standalone products:

These are designed to help you build momentum without committing to a full subscription.

Can I upgrade from a one-time product to a subscription?

Yes — and we often recommend it. Standalone products like the Growth Formula Workshop, Conversion Blueprint, and Differentiation Playbook are included in the subscription. Your initial investment can be rolled into the full program if you choose to scale up.

AI, Data Privacy, and Tools

What is Marketing Copilot's approach to AI use?

At Marketing Copilot, we believe AI should enhance strategy — not replace it. Our CEO, Marie Wiese, is a recognized thought leader on responsible AI and frequently speaks on how businesses can adopt AI in ethical, effective ways.

We follow a four-pillar framework for responsible AI use:

  1. Intellectual Property – We respect and protect original content, giving credit and compensation to source materials. We ensure AI outputs are built from your unique messaging, not generic or plagiarized material.

  2. Data Security – We never input sensitive or proprietary client data into AI tools without consent, and we use vetted platforms that align with our privacy and security standards.

  3. Data and Algorithm Bias – We actively monitor for bias in AI-generated content and apply human oversight to ensure fair, accurate, and inclusive messaging.

  4. Brand Ethics – We ensure all AI use aligns with your brand voice, values, and customer expectations — because your reputation matters.

AI is powerful, but only when guided by strategy, expertise, and ethical boundaries — and that’s the only way we use it.

What steps does Marketing Copilot take to protect client data and privacy?

We never input sensitive or proprietary information into AI tools without consent. All tools are vetted for compliance, and we follow the privacy standards of the platforms in our tech stack.

What specific AI tools do you use?

We use a combination of tools, including:

  • Large Language Models (Gemini, Perplexity, ChatGPT)

  • Customer Facing Dashboard (MecLabs)

  • Built-in AI tools in platforms like Canva, Riverside, HubSpot, and Microsoft Copilot/Teams
