DEI in Tech Is in Decline.
We’re Taking a Stand.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts in the tech industry are fading fast. Job postings for DEI roles dropped 23% in just one year, and many organizations are quietly scaling back their commitments. In times of economic uncertainty, DEI is often the first to go. At Marketing Copilot, we refuse to let that happen.
As a female-founded, women-led company for nearly two decades, DEI has been part of our DNA since day one. We know that meaningful change takes consistent effort, real conversations, and a commitment that doesn’t waver when times get tough. That’s why, in 2019, we created Women Talk Tech, a podcast and platform dedicated to amplifying underrepresented voices in technology.
support Women Talk Tech
Since the very beginning, Women Talk Tech has been a passion project, funded out of our own pockets at Marketing Copilot®. It remains this way in 2025 for one simple reason: because it is important and necessary work, now more than ever. However, we cannot continue this work alone.
It is for this reason that we humbly invite you or your organization to contribute to the Women Talk Tech initiative in any way that you can via our GoFundMe link attached. This is one DEI initiative that will not go away.
Your donation will help us expand our impact, continue sharing stories that drive change, and ensure that the fight for gender equity in tech remains at the forefront—not just when it’s convenient, but always.
DEI isn’t a trend. It’s a necessity. Let’s make sure this conversation doesn’t disappear.
